When should I follow up on my application?
We are receiving a tremendous amount of resumes and although we would like to follow up with all applicants, we are only able to contact short-listed candidates.
What is the interviewing process?
Our recruitment team reviews incoming resumes on a regular basis. If you are short-listed, you will be contacted and a telephone interview will be conducted. Based on the outcome of the telephone interviews, some candidates will be invited to come into our office for an interview. Our interview process is variable as we hire for a variety of positions, however it is our commitment to make our interview process as efficient as possible.
What will I be asked in an interview?
We tend to focus on behavioural based questions during the interview process. We like to investigate your work experience while centering on your key accomplishments from each position you have held. We enjoy learning more about your career goals so we can define whether or not there is a fit with our company. We have a team-oriented and high-performance environment so we want to ensure all candidates are a corporate team fit and that we are a good match for you.
Does Teligence use other types of assessment tools?
Aside from the interview process, you may be asked to complete an online behavioural survey or other testing tools that gives us feedback on a candidate's character traits or abilities. These assessments, along with feedback from everyone who interviews a candidate, gives us a well rounded idea of the experience and qualities each candidate possesses.
