Q: What are the most challenging and interesting projects you've worked on at Teligence?
A: Opening the call centre in India. It was challenging for me because India is very culturally different and we had to understand these differences to ensure the success of all the agents. This was the most unique and remarkable experience of my career to date.
Q: What do you love most about working at Teligence?
A: The people I am able to work with and interact with on a daily basis. My co-workers are amazing! Also, the opportunities for growth here are fantastic.
Q: If you are not working as a S&CS Manager, what would you be doing?
A: I would be a casting director for America’s Next Top Model or Project Runway.
Q: What would I find in your fridge right now?
A: Whipped cream (old), lots and lots of tiny soy sauce packets from sushi take out, expired home made kimchi, pineapple flavoured Pop Shoppe pop… But sadly no liquor.
Q: What would you title your auto-biography?
A: “Smell My Finger”
It would catch EVERYONE’S attention! And plus it is something that you can’t ask, say or do in public without people thinking you are weird.
Q: What do you think of garden gnomes?
A: They were put on this Earth to save us from the apocalypse. Their purpose will become known when the time is right!
Q: Who is the greatest fictional villain?
A: Holden Caulfield's low self-esteem

(Catcher in the Rye reference)

Q: If you had to be shipwrecked on a deserted island, but all your human needs (such as food and water) were taken care of, what two items would you want to have with you?
A: Assuming I have no electricity (because then I would say an iPhone and laptop) I would want to have a flashlight and a blanket with me. Very practical, I know.
Q: What do you love most about working at Teligence?
A: Do I have to name just one thing?! I really enjoy the environment. It is relaxed and casual but still focuses on results, and I love the people in the office!
Q: If you are not working as a S&CS Lead, what would you be doing?
A: I would be working as a fashion designer!
Q: What are the most challenging and interesting projects you've worked on at Teligence?
A: I think the most challenging project I have worked on in my career with Teligence has been the call centre move.
Q: If you won the lottery, what would you do with the money?
A: First thing I would do is buy myself a nice house and a nice car (Mercedes SLR!). Then I would donate and invest a chunk, followed by a nice relaxing vacation.
Q: If you could be any animal, what would you be and why?
A: I would be a bird. I would love to be truly free and fly away whenever I wanted. Soaring above the clouds on a sunny day would be so cool.
Q: Who is the best James Bond?
A: Pierce Brosnan without a doubt. In my opinion he was the best looking Bond!

Q: What do you love most about working at Teligence?
A: The people by far! I am surrounded by smart, talented people in the office. Also, the approachability of the leadership team really makes this a great place to be.
Q: If you are not working as a IT Ops Technical Lead, what would you be doing?
A: Running a Doggie Day Care! I am not talking about small scale here, I would want to set a standard of care for pooches and start a franchise!
Q: What are the most challenging and interesting projects you've worked on at Teligence?
A: The domain controller migration doubled as the most challenging and interesting project I’ve encountered thus far. It tested all my knowledge that I have gained through my career and gave me valuable experience for future.
Q: If your life had a theme song, what would it be?
A: Pink Panther
Q: If you had a Super Power, what would it be?
A: Teleportation! Life is short and we only have a limited amount of time to be here - would wouldn’t want to snap their fingers and be on an island? Or in Europe?!
Q: If you could be any cartoon/fictional character, who would you be?
A: Marvel’s Wolverine! He’s bad ass and indestructible!
Q: If you could drive any car, what would you choose?
A: I would be a REAL car, a mustang from the 60’s. Why? Because chicks dig muscle cars.

Natasha, Project Manager
Q: If both a taxi and a limo were priced exactly the same, which would you take and why?
A: I would opt for the limo simply because it's stylish! Unless I was in Germany. In that case, I would take a taxi because the average cab there is a classy Mercedes Benz.
Q: What do you love most about working at Teligence?
A: The cultural diversity of my coworkers. The people here are accepting and so interesting!
Q: If you are not working as a IT Specialist, what would you be doing?
A: I would have an online boutique selling eco-friendly and sustainable fashion.
Q: What are the most challenging and interesting projects you've worked on at Teligence?
A: Assisting with the out-sourced call centre set up. Trying to coordinate all the working pieces was difficult but rewarding in the end when the project was completed.
Q: What three things would you save from a fire in your house?
A: Passport to travel, cell phone (obviously) and an embroidered tapestry made by my Grandmother.
Q: If you were a salad, what kind of dressing would you be?
A: I would be a balsamic dressing. Why? I just love it that much.
Q: What was the last great movie you went to see?
A: The Dark Knight Rises. I haven’t been much of a Christian Bale fan in the past but I’m starting to come around based on his Batman performances.
